Fees/Admission

Registration Fees: No refunds after March 13, 2024. No shows will be billed for cost of attendance.

Campground Representatives:
$35 per person, includes lunch, and materials.

Vendors:
$75 per table, per location for CONY members
$125 per table, per location for non-members (consider joining CONY and take advantage of the member rate!)

Lodging: There are no room blocks planned at the locations, so lodging is on your own. Some helpful info:

Albany: Several options nearby and in the Wolf Rd vicinity, including brands aligned with Holiday Inn, Hilton/Hampton Inn, Marriott, Red Roof Inn, etc. For help finding lodging, try Discover Albany: https://www.albany.org/hotels/near-the-airport/
Hilton Garden Inn, Auburn: There is no host hotel room rate.

Description

The Spring Zone Meetings are set up as shorter versions of our annual Fall Exposition. Zone Meetings kick off the upcoming camping season by providing you with tools and resources to strive for success in your business. Each one-day session, located in 3 different regions of the state, offers information updates and regional meetings, and a mini trade show with our dedicated vendors - just in time for ordering your supplies and services before opening day!

Your attendance is vital. During these sessions we'll be covering important topics related to CONY and those that impact your business, including:

CONY Special Meeting of the Members
Legislative news and updates
Breakouts into regional meetings.
Cracker barrel session

When registering, please select one location to attend. First priority is to select the one closest to you so you may attend your regional meeting. If that date doesn't work, then select the next best date/location.

VENDORS: Your exhibit space will include a 6-foot table and two chairs. All meetings begin at 9am, with the exhibits open from 10:00am to 12:00pm. You may begin setting up at 8:00am each day. We have a limited number of vendor spaces available at each location, and they will be filled on a first-come, first served basis. Post-event attendee lists available for active CONY vendor members only.
