Shady Oaks Camping Resort is a small, locally owned campground tucked among the trees in Plattsburgh, NY and quietly growing into something special. Owned and operated by a North Country native, Shady Oaks is very much a work in progress as we continue improving the property and creating a comfortable place for campers to relax and enjoy the outdoors.

Whether you're traveling in an RV, pitching a tent, or staying in our glamping tent, you'll find a laid-back atmosphere where simple camping is the focus. We’re working step by step to make Shady Oaks a place where guests can unwind under the oaks, enjoy a campfire, and experience the quiet beauty of the North Country.
